The first and second congresses were successfully held in November 2018 and April 2021 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province and Jinan, Shandong Province, respectively. More than 3500 representatives, including 55 Chinese and international academicians, over 250 industry renownedexperts and entrepreneurs, and nearly 200 leaders and guests from international scientific and technological organizations have attended the congresses. Internationally internationally renowned experts havebeen invited to give keynote speeches and collect excellent academic papers for the congresses. At the same time, the release, exchange, and exhibition of new technologies, achievements,and products in the international internal combustion engine industry have been held. Nearly 350 domestic and foreign enterprises participated in the exhibition, and with nearly 20,000 visitors have participated in the exhibitions. 

The previous congresses have received strong support from the China Association for Science and Technology, local governments, and industry leaders. WAN Gang, HE Guangyuan, MA Weiming, XIANG Changle, MIAO Wei, JIN Donghan, LI Jun, HUANG Zhen, LI Shufuand others attended or delivered speeches through videos or other means. 

The second congress was mainly introduced by important media programs such as CCTV News Broadcast "Lianbo Express", and Phoenix TV's "Current Affairs Direct Train", with over a hundred central and provincial mainstream media reporting on the grand event.
