丨 Background

  After 40 years of continuous development through reform and opening up, China has become the world's largest manufacturer and market of internal combustion engines. With the approval of the China Association for Science and Technology, the Chinnese Society for Internal Combustion Engines(CSICE) , in collaboration with the Wuxi Municipal People's Government, jointly created a brand event for the internal combustion engine industry — the "World Congress on Internal Combustion Engines"（WICE). The congerss covers the entire industrial chain of internal combustion engine industry production, learning, research, use, repair, management, and trade. It is planned to hold one session every three years, with the first session held in Wuxi from November 8th to 11th, 2018, lasting for four days. Experts, scholars and engineering technicians from the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and countries along the "the Belt and Road" attended the meeting.
